We presented a novel approach for measuring cytoskeletal structure by improved protocol for immunocytochemistry and geometrical constraints to elongated structures segmentation, and additionally an innovative local and global ER-dynamics descriptor and relating it with microFRAPs results, describing a new dimension in which the transport into the ER can be regulated. Finally, we aim to contribute to address spatio-temporal subcellular phenomena for in-depth investigations of protein transport and membrane related processes.
